Requirements/qualifications:

  • Qualified candidate will have prior experience with high volume incoming calls. Demonstrated ability to us proper phone etiquette and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Computer systems proficiency
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Be customer-oriented and understand the value of offering excellent service to exceed customers' expectations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Schedule product promotions
  • Market and competitive analysis for existing markets and new product markets
  • Work with sales and product development to manage multiple concurrent product development cycles.
  • Analyze promotional mix, costs and corresponding sales lift
  • Maximize effectiveness of promotional budget
  • Support sales department with marketing material and presentations
  • Work with key executives to support sales and marketing analytical needs

Requirements 

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university
  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Understanding of and experience applying fundamental marketing principles

Supervise office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. Develop procedures and policies for office activities, such as, filing, dictating, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution. May also be responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.

Must have AP/AR experience, computer literate, knowledge of SAP A+!
