If you're not satisfied, we're not. That means we take the employement liability and risks, not you.

When you use our temporary staffing services, we'll contact you within the first four hours of our temp works for you to make sure you're happy with the placement. If not, there's no charge for the time worked, and we'll replace the worker. You'll also receive weekly quality control calls, to ensure you're continuing to receive the level of work quality your require. If you're not satisfied, we'll release the employee from your employement and you'll receive a two-hour credit toward the training of a new employee.

With full-time placements, you have 90 days as a "trial period." If the employee we've placed doesn't meet your expectations you do not pay a full fee.
