
At ALKAR, your safety is our number one priority. Before we accept clients, we walk-through their facility, ensuring that it is a safe working environment for ALKAR employees. We also have a regular follow-up walk-through and issue recommendations for improvements.
Because we want you to be safe, ALKAR requires every client to provide appropriate safety information and training before you begin your job. We’re dedicated to providing you both a productive and safe work experience.
Our SAFETY CENTS program was designed specifically to recognize and reward employee’s for working safely as well as identifying and reporting possible work hazards while on the job.
Each week that an office is accident free employee’s who have worked will receive a “Safety Cents” lotto card with their paycheck or direct deposit form.
The scratch off winners will have a selection of prizes in the “Safety” category or try for the Quarterly drawing for $250.00.
Winning employee’s names are acknowledged in the Alkar “Safety Cents” employee newsletter.
